Mobile app UI design

We worked from mobile upwards, initially creating a comprehensive set of wireframes to outline the user experience to our client. This involved a high level of collaboration, using Figma as our central working area. We presented static wireframes and interactive prototypes to help explain our approach, ultimately gaining approval to move forwards to the visual design stage of the project.

Tablet app UI design

Running alongside the mobile app design, it was also very important for us to consider the user experience and user interface design on tablet displays. The initial perception was that it was likely that the concierge app would be used as much, if not more than the mobile version. and also that many users would ultimately possess both devices. Therefore, the user interface design had to adapt across both device viewing environments seamlessly.
