A copywriting and media production company requiring a logo design and promotional video to help advertise their services and previous work.
We initially created a typographic logo design. During the design process we were aware that the logo would eventually be used as a central element to the company's promotional video. As such we were conscious of creating a typeface where we could utilise one of the letters as a device in which to mask video clips and add interest to video. The letter 'o' was used as a means of transitioning through the different project examples in the video and would later become the company avatar and favicon for social media.
The video production was storyboarded before production. We presented the concept of using the 'o' as a device in which to mask video clips. All screens and transitions were planned in order to make the production as smooth as possible. The finished video, was not only used as a marketing tool to send to prospective clients, whilst also being used as the basis for the company website (shown above).
